The Cultivation Technician performs all cannabis cultivation functions, from propagation, feeding, irrigation, pest control, trimming, harvesting, drying, and curing. Cultivation technicians must be flexible and ready to adapt to the needs of the operations to address nutritional deficiencies, pests, disease, and changes in protocol.
